Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Candidate Outreach:
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Actively engage with candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Interviewing and Assessment:
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the company.
- Utilize assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' competencies and potential.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and priorities.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and facilitate the interview process.
- Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
- Extend offers to selected candidates and assist with negotiation as needed.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
- Candidate Experience:
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Gather feedback from candidates and continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate recruitment reports to track key performance metrics and provide insights for process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing and interviewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
