Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us find the best talent to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top-tier candidates across various roles. As a Recruiter at Corporate Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and contributing to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and Candidate Outreach:
    • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
    • Actively engage with candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
    • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  2. Interviewing and Assessment:
    • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the company.
    • Utilize assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' competencies and potential.
  3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and priorities.
    • Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and facilitate the interview process.
  4. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
    • Extend offers to selected candidates and assist with negotiation as needed.
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
  5. Candidate Experience:
    • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Gather feedback from candidates and continuously improve the recruitment process.
  6. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Generate recruitment reports to track key performance metrics and provide insights for process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing and interviewing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
